Ingredients
- 150g Minced beef
- 1/2 Pasta sauce
- 100g Fettuccine
- 1 cup Pasta sauce
- 80g Grated cheese
- 2tsp Chopped garlic
- Salt to taste
Directions
Fettuccine is among my personal favorites when it comes to making pasta at home. For the recipe, you can use your choice of shop bought pasta sauce for extra convenience, or you can always make your own. I used a special herbed tomato sauce for mine. After blanching the fettuccine if you mix it with 1 tbsp of butter instead of rinsing with cold water it will make the fettuccine smoother.
