This delicious crispy bread, topped with mixed vegetables and cheese is a quick snack that you can make when you want a quick appetizer. The bread pizza is one of the favorites of my kids at home; they really enjoy preparing it themselves. I am sure your kids will love this too. For the topping, you can use any mix of vegetables you like and also alter the fish to chopped and boiled chicken breasts too. It would take around 15 minutes to prepare. Mix all the vegetables and fish/chicken in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread slices slightly (until it gets a little crispy) using a pan or by using a toaster.

Spread 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup or pizza sauce on the toasted bread slices.

Add 2 tbsp full mixed vegetables and spread over the bread.

Sprinkle the grated cheese and transfer the slices of bread to a microwave plate and cook for 3 minutes or till the cheese melts.
