2 tsp Chopped garlic
1.5 cups Brown rice
1 cup White rice
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Cornflour

Rinse brown rice and soak in 2 cups of boiling water for about 4 hours then drain.

Dice the chicken and then marinate with the soy sauce and cornflour.

Rince white rice put into a rice cooker together with the brown rice. Add 1tsp of oil and season with salt.

Heat half tbsp of oil. Stir fry chopped garlic and chicken for a while. Add the tomato and mushrooms, and stir fry well.

Add all the ingredients to the rice cooker when the brown rice is boiling and cook until the rice is done.
