Make Low Fat Milk at Home
Milk is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin B as well as high in fat. Milk has so many health benefits so if you’re overweight you don’t have to cut milk from your diet. Instead of using whole milk try using low-fat milk as the fat in whole milk is mostly saturated animal fat.
