For fruit and sugary food lovers, this is the most ideal way to have them as a delicious dessert. Almost all types of fruit can be caramelized depending on the size of the fruit you want to caramelize. Small fruits like cherries can be caramelized as a whole and the larger fruits like apples or bananas should be cubed before caramelizing. Adding some lemon juice while caramelizing gives an extra lift to the taste of caramelized fruit. Caramelized fruit would also be a great addition to my melon berry basket.
