Make Low Fat Milk at Home
Milk is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin B as well as high in fat. Milk has so many health benefits so if you’re overweight you don’t have to cut milk from your diet. Instead of using whole milk try using low-fat milk as the fat in whole milk is mostly saturated animal fat. The low-fat milk prepared at home presents all the goodness of the normal milk but is virtually fat-free.
Preparing low-fat milk at home is not a very difficult task. Low-fat milk is prepared by using skimmed milk powder which is easily available from almost all shops and grocery stores or you can use 99% fat-free milk.
